Special Potluck and...
A friendly reminder that our Annual General Meeting is fast approaching. It will be on March 31st at 1:00 PM following our regular Sunday service. Everyone is encouraged to come and add your thoughts dreams and suggestions. In order to be eligible to vote you must have filled out a membership form a minimum of two weeks before the AGM; no later than the 17th.
For those of you who cannot attend proxies will be available in the bookstore between now and then along with membership forms. It is your proxy is your vote and validates our AGM so please take a moment after the service or drop by the bookstore and fill one out if you won’t be there. Also for those of us who will be at the service before the potluck it would be nice to consider bringing finger foods rather than going out for lunch.
You are the blessing that makes the Centre grow; thank you.

Hey everybody come on down and support your Centre, and your community by supporting the Market and yourself. Feel the energy and be the energy.
And if you can’t remember how then it would be time to take some Science of Mind classes, in my opinion the most powerful classes for permanent shift in your life, proven effective by millions of people for close to a hundred years and the biggest single cause for the shift in global consciousness.
Science of Mind 102 is happening every Tuesday night and is open to drop –ins, Science of Mind 204-“Spiritual Laws” will be starting on Thursday for those who have completed the 100 series classes.
Come on by, recharge and remember and support your Centre.
And Thank You Rose for bringing cup cakes for our birthday Sunday. And remember all that this Sunday will be our yummy potluck Sunday; just one more reason to celebrate together.
First 2013 Update
Happy New Year to all of you who I haven’t seen yet. Want you to know how appreciated you all are.
OK so the site is a little behind with news updates and fb is a little cluttered. That’s what happens when one person becomes divided with many directions of pull. That’s exactly why I like to send out these irregular updates when we have a lot happening. This one is bullet form:
Tomorrow, Sunday January 20th, immediately after Celebration at 12:15 Visioning for the Centre; all welcome, bring a bag lunch.
Tuesday, January 22nd, Winter Market 10AM – 6PM. We have put a lot of effort to get Vendors, Buskers, artisans and more in. They can only come if you support them; come by, bring a friend, buy a loaf of bread or some apples, drop a coin for the music and above all else support this intentional community of consciousness that is being developed for you.
Friday, January 25th, New Vibes Music Café 7 – 10PM. This will also be Tanya Lipscombs newest CD release so expect great music and an awesome happening with Hannah, Bill and Brandon coordinating continued great music through the evening and Kris keeping the sound clear and balanced, this is an awesome way to fill every second Friday. Support your Centre and show up, again bring a friend, they won’t be disappointed.
Finally volunteering; it is an ongoing call and great way to grow through giving. We always can use people in the bookstore, in the focus and planning committee, cleaning and setup for the continued events we have, time with the children on Sundays and developing our new children and youth programs and of course we can use your inner muse to keep the flow of information happening on our websites, through our email list and on and on.
Also tomorrow is Birthday Sunday and I don’t even know if someone volunteered to bring a cake; so if you feel inspired tonight we will all love you tomorrow. And I have never once complained about having an extra treat around the Centre.
And now back to my other fun look forward to seeing many of you tomorrow.
